  • Product Introduction and Application Scope

Cross-linked polyethylene insulated power cables exhibit excellent resistance to environmental stress cracking, release no harmful gases when exposed to fire, and cause no pollution to the environment. With their simple structure and versatile applications, they are suitable for transmitting and distributing electrical energy in circuits rated up to 0.6/1 kV.

    Product Standards and Usage Characteristics

The products are manufactured according to China’s national standard GB/T 12706-2020 for extruded-insulated power cables and accessories rated from 1 kV (Um = 1.2 kV) to 35 kV (Um = 40.5 kV), as well as the International Electrotechnical Commission standard IEC 60502-2014.

The cable conductor has a maximum operating temperature of 90°C, and during a short circuit (with the duration not exceeding 5 seconds), the conductor's highest temperature does not surpass 250°C. Additionally, the ambient temperature during cable installation must be no lower than 0°C.

    Production Scope

    3.1 Rated Voltage: 0.6/1kV

    3.2 Specifications: 1.5–400 mm² single-core, two-core, three-core, four-core, five-core, 2+1, 3+1, 4+1, 3+2

    3.3 Main Models: YJV, YJLV, YJY, YJLY, YJV22, YJL22, YJY23, YJVL23, YJY62, YJLV62, YJLV22, YJV63, YJLY63, YJY22, YJLY22, YJV23, YJLV23

Note: For flame-retardant cables, add ZC/ZB/ZA before the original model number.

      Add "N" before the original model number for fire-resistant cables;

Low-smoke, halogen-free cables are further identified by adding WDZC/WDZB/WDZA before the original model number.

    Core Features

    ◆ Excellent Heat Resistance

Operating temperature: The long-term allowable operating temperature is up to 90°C, while short-term overloads can withstand 130–250°C.

Advantages: Allows higher current-carrying capacity, has strong overload capability, and is suitable for high-temperature environments.

    ◆ Excellent electrical performance

High insulation resistance, low dielectric loss, strong voltage breakdown resistance, and high safety.

    ◆ Outstanding mechanical performance

Creep Resistance: Resists deformation at high temperatures, maintaining structural stability.

Wear-resistant and compression-resistant: Suitable for complex environments such as direct burial and conduit installation.

Flexibility: Easier to bend and install compared to mineral-insulated cables.

◆ Chemical Resistance and Environmental Adaptability

Oil-resistant, acid- and alkali-resistant, moisture-proof, and UV-resistant (if the outer jacket contains a UV protective agent)—ideal for outdoor, humid, and chemical plant environments.

    ◆ Safety and Environmental Friendliness

Available with halogen-free, low-smoke, flame-retardant sheathing: produces fewer toxic gases and maintains high light transmittance during combustion, making it ideal for densely populated areas such as subways, hospitals, and high-rise buildings.

    ◆ Long Lifespan and Cost-Effectiveness

The designed lifespan typically exceeds 30 years, and due to its excellent aging resistance, the long-term cost of use is lower than that of PVC cables.

    Typical application scenarios

Application Areas Specific scenario Performance advantage demonstrated

Partner logistics providers include COSCO Shipping, DHL, etc., offering real-time tracking of logistics status via bill of lading number.

Delivery Time

The standard product delivery time is 15-30 days, and customized products take 3-6 weeks. Factors affecting delivery include raw material supply and production scheduling. We ensure delivery through a backup supplier database and intelligent scheduling system. In case of delay, a penalty compensation of 3% will be provided (up to a maximum of 5% of the total order amount).

Minimum order quantity

Different products have different MOQ: Power fittings 500 pieces per model, switchgear 10 units per model. Orders below MOQ will incur a 20% small order surcharge, or can be combined with other products to meet the minimum order quantity requirement.

Company R&D Capability

The R&D team accounts for 15%, with an average annual investment of 5% of sales revenue for technology upgrades. In the past 3 years, 12 utility model patents have been obtained. Customized products can be developed according to customer requirements to meet specific voltage levels and environmental adaptability (such as high temperature and high humidity).
