Delivery Method and Shipping Cost
Supports terms such as FOB (Shanghai Port) and CIF (customer-designated port): FOB price excludes freight and insurance, CIF price includes freight to the destination port and basic insurance. Partner logistics providers include COSCO Shipping, DHL, etc., offering real-time tracking of logistics status via bill of lading number.
Delivery Time
The standard product delivery time is 15-30 days, and customized products take 3-6 weeks. Factors affecting delivery include raw material supply and production scheduling. We ensure delivery through a backup supplier database and an intelligent scheduling system. In case of delay, a penalty compensation of 3% will be provided (not exceeding 5% of the total order amount).
Minimum order quantity
Different products have different MOQs: 500 pieces per model for power fittings, 10 units per model for switch cabinets. Orders below the MOQ will incur a 20% small order surcharge, or can be combined with other products to meet the minimum order quantity.

The R&D team accounts for 15%, with an average annual investment of 5% of sales revenue dedicated to technology upgrades. In the past 3 years, 12 utility model patents have been obtained. Customized products can be developed according to customer requirements to meet specific voltage levels and environmental adaptability (such as high temperature and high humidity).

The products are mainly exported to Southeast Asia (Vietnam, Thailand), the Middle East (Saudi Arabia, UAE), Africa (Nigeria, Kenya), and other regions. There are already 3 cooperative distributors in your area (identifiable by customer IP), who can provide anonymous customer case references (a confidentiality agreement is required).

Bulk Purchase Discount
Purchasing quantities exceeding 5 times the MOQ are eligible for tiered discounts: 3% discount for 5-10 times MOQ, 5% discount for 10-20 times MOQ, and quantities over 20 times MOQ can be negotiated separately, subject to the purchase contract confirmed by both parties.
Price Validity Period
The standard quotation is valid for 30 days. If the raw material price fluctuates by more than 8%, the quotation may be adjusted. We will notify customers by email 7 working days in advance to discuss whether to continue with the original price or adjust the order.
Price Competitiveness
Price advantage stems from the self-production and self-sales model and large-scale production: owning factories reduces intermediate costs, and an annual capacity of over 1 million units can dilute fixed expenses. For orders exceeding 1 million yuan, a discount range of 5%-10% can be negotiated based on purchase volume, with the price validity period to be clearly specified in the contract.
