After-sales Maintenance

Adhering to the principle of "fast, decisive, accurate, thoughtful, and thorough." When equipment fails, maintenance personnel will arrive within 24 hours. The product warranty period is 12 months, during which quality issues are repaired or parts replaced free of charge; beyond the warranty or in case of human damage, repairs and parts are charged at cost.

Technical Support

Free technical services throughout the pre-sale, sale, and after-sale processes; professional personnel can be dispatched on-site to guide installation, debugging, handle related quality issues, and provide free training for transformer maintenance operators.

After-sales Response

Provide 24-hour all-day service; after receiving a repair notice, respond within 2 hours or dispatch personnel within 24 hours, striving to solve problems in the shortest time.

Customer Follow-up

Outside the warranty period, technical staff will conduct at least three on-site visits annually, with regular or irregular phone follow-ups to understand product operation and provide technical services.
