    This product is manufactured according to GB/T 5023-2008, "Cables with Polyvinyl Chloride Insulation Rated 450/750V and Below," and JB 8734-1998, "Cables, Wires, and Flexible Cords with Polyvinyl Chloride Insulation Rated 450/750V and Below." Additionally, we can produce the product according to international standards recommended by the International Electrotechnical Commission (IEC), as well as British, German, and U.S. standards, tailored to meet specific customer requirements.

    Scope of Application

    This product is suitable for power installations, fixed wiring, and flexible connection appliances rated at 450/750V and below.

    Using features

    3.1 Rated voltages U0/U are 450/750V, 300/500V, and 300/300V.

    3.2 The allowable long-term operating temperature of the cable conductor is up to 90°C.

    227IEC07 (BV-90) – 90°C.

    227IEC08 (RV-90) — 90°C.

    Other models—70°C.

    3.3 The ambient temperature during cable installation should not be lower than 0°C.

    3.4 Cable Bending Radius:

    D ≤ 25 mm — ≥ 4 D

    D > 25 mm — ≥ 6 D

Delivery Method and Shipping Cost


Support FOB (Shanghai Port), CIF (Customer Designated Port), and other terms: FOB price excludes freight and insurance, CIF price includes freight and basic insurance to the destination port. Partner logistics providers include COSCO Shipping, DHL, etc., offering real-time tracking of logistics status via bill of lading number.

Delivery Time


The standard product delivery time is 15-30 days, and customized products take 3-6 weeks. Factors affecting delivery include raw material supply and production scheduling. We ensure delivery through a backup supplier database and intelligent scheduling system. In case of delay, a penalty compensation of 3% will be provided (up to a maximum of 5% of the total order amount).

Different products have different MOQ: Power fittings 500 pieces per model, switchgear 10 units per model. Orders below MOQ will incur a 20% small order surcharge, or can be combined with other products to meet the minimum order quantity requirement.
